At Blue Illusion, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized postal service point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
